There are many considerations with respect to electronic signatures in the trust and estate planning context. For example, if a trust can be created orally, can it also be created via electronic signature? What about power of attorney documents, or other documents ancillary to trust, estate, succession and incapacity planning?

This panel discussion will explore the current state of the law as it relates to electronic documents and electronic signatures, as well as examine where we go from here.
