Death Fund, the first book in the Alex Greene Legal Thriller Series, features the bizarre and morbid world of life settlement funds – aka death funds.  The story introduces Alex Greene, an Ivy-League-trained lawyer turned securities investigator who tackles crime and fraud in the capital markets.

About the Author
Barbara has been a CBA/OBA member since 1993.  She has been involved with the CBA Sole, Small Firm and General Practice Section and Business Law Section and more recently was elected to the OBA Council for the Toronto Region in 2020-2021. Barbara’s securities law practice spans three decades and includes stints at one of Canada’s largest securities regulators, a large international law firm, a large national law firm and her own boutique law firm.
