Join us for this engaging discussion as our experienced panel shares strategies and practical advice for effectively using Gladue reports in your legal practice, including:

  • Communication and consent: how to approach Gladue reports with your clients;
  • Why Gladue reports are important and what they offer;
  • Properly requesting a Gladue report from the Court;
  • Contacting Gladue report writers within your jurisdiction;
  • The role of counsel in the preparation of the report;
