SITE TOUR
Join your friends and colleagues from the Ontario Bar Association’s Construction & Infrastructure Law Section on a tour of The United Building at 481 University Avenue.
The United Building project involves the construction of a new, mixed-use development featuring residential, retail and commercial spaces. The project consists of a 55-storey tower with a total of 748 residential suites, the preservation and renewal of integrated nine- and ten-storey heritage buildings, and four levels of below-grade parking. Suite finishes are expected to be high-end and modern, with balconies that offer panoramic views of the downtown skyline. Retail spaces featuring floor-to-ceiling windows will open to a double-storey colonnade, which serves to activate the public realm. The project is located within proximity of the subway, and will also have a future connection to the PATH, downtown Toronto’s underground pedestrian walkway system.
Register early as tour space is limited.

Note: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), hardhat, safety shoes, reflective vest, is required for the site tour. Tour guests are required to supply their own PPE. Safety glasses will be provided courtesy of Ellis Don Inc., our host for the Site Tour.
