  • Arrest, bail, and pre-trial detention;

  • Disclosure process, including the Crown’s obligation and timing;  
  • Client interview and client review of disclosure;  
  • Crown pre-trial and judicial pre-trial;  
  • The decision to proceed to trial or to resolve; 
  • Hearings: preliminary inquiry, trial, guilty pleas and sentencing; and 
  • Conclusion of a criminal law matter.
