• Determining who is the client and from whom you take instructions;  
• Solicitor-client privilege and client meetings; 
• Memos to file and client directions; 
• Best practices for the use of electronic communication with clients;  
• Communicating with clients in custody; 
• Accommodations for clients with disabilities and other unique needs; and 
• Trauma-informed client interactions.
