Join your colleagues at the OBA for a meaningful and candid conversation on diversity in the legal profession. Through a facilitated group discussion, we invite you to share your lived experiences, break stigmas, and brainstorm solutions in a judgment-free space. As part of the OBA’s Peer Support Network, peer meetings offer a safe place for our community to come together in a welcoming environment to support and inspire one another.  If you are a lawyer from an equity-seeking group or an ally, join the Diversity Dialogue to connect, share, learn and move toward creating positive change in the legal profession.
