IF you are looking to grow, retire from, or transition out of your small-town practice and need someone to step in or help out – or you’re an up-and-coming lawyer setting your career sights beyond the big city – OBA’s Regional Job Fair and Trade Show is for you!  Join us on September 28, 2026, at the OBA Conference Centre, where we will connect young lawyers, students and others interested in small-town practice with law firms looking to hire.  
 
Local Chambers of Commerce and Law Associations will join us at this event to showcase the attractive lifestyle our featured communities afford. Plus hear from our expert panels on Practicing in a Small Town or Rural Community, and Preparing for and Navigating the Transition to Retirement.
