We are all faced with challenging situations, and they often come with the experience of stress. In the workplace, this has an impact on mental health, physical safety, and productivity. While we can’t avoid stress, we can learn how to respond and reduce it in healthy ways. This presentation is an opportunity to gain valuable insights and practical strategies for managing stress effectively.
