This is in-person Fireside Chat during the 2026 MWC in Regina that will bring together Saskatchewan’s ITLs to build community and learn from seasoned lawyers who have supported or navigated the transition of starting over. The discussion will explore how they rebuilt credibility and confidence while practicing humility—without sacrificing their self-worth—amidst emotional and professional reset, loss of status, impostor syndrome, and the challenges of re-establishing a legal career.
