Managing During the Pandemic: An “Outside the Big Cities” Roundtable Discussion

Thursday, April 9th
Online Via Zoom
Time: 1:30 PM

We know our profession is resilient and can adapt but the sooner we can mobilize, the better.  CBA Alberta invites members outside Calgary and Edmonton to join us for a Roundtable discussion on a number of issues related to managing your practice during this tumultuous time, including:

  1. Safe and viable practices (premises, employees, sickness/isolation backup, cashflow);
  2. Technology (remote office, paperless office, communications);
  3. Ensuring essential service delivery that continues to comply with Law Society requirements in the face of personal health risks as well as potential need to self-isolate;
  4. Health and wellness to fight stress and improve immunity; and,
  5. Tools still needed for which CBA can help advocate for them; and

All ideas will be welcome!  This is a today project to come together fast as we battle an invisible enemy!
