Bruce Preston is an adjunct professor at York University, teaching court organization and management and has over 30 years of experience in court administration with the Federal Courts in Toronto. CBA Alberta Treasurer Amanda Lindberg and Secretary Indra Maharaj chat with Bruce about technology and case management, what effective case management looks like, and how case management systems can be designed to assist self-represented litigants.
