Inns of Court - North
THE INNS OF COURT is an evening of informal discussion and of "dining out" on topics of interest to junior barristers and follows the English tradition of dining with senior practitioners and judges. This event will give Young Lawyers the opportunity to hear presentations by distinguished speakers on topics that are most important to those in the early years of practice. Attendees will be given the opportunity to dine with a member of the judiciary or bar having casual conversations, asking questions, as well as be regaled with their stories.
TOPIC
The topic for the evening will be “ADR Current trends and Advocacy Tips” - With the current emphasis on alternative dispute resolution, it is important for new litigators to know how to best serve their clients in these processes. Our speakers will discuss the options for alternative dispute resolution and tips on how to use them effectively so you can be on the path to approach conflict with confidence.
