Synopsis

This past year, the Supreme Court, the federal courts, and BC provincial courts redefined and continued to define key aspects of intellectual property law. In an engaging panel discussion format, Jennifer Marles, Partner at Oyen Wiggs,  Pablo Tseng, Partner at McMillian, and Scott Foster, Partner at Gowling WLG will discuss the top 10 (and 1) IP cases in 2020 – BC and beyond. The discussion will be moderated by Jayde Wood, Associate at Oyen Wiggs.
