Join the Fertility Law Section's inaugural meeting! The Section Executive gives a brief overview and update on the current state of Fertility Law in BC and Canada, addressing current resources, and emerging issues. Topics include:
- Recent case law across Canada on fertility law
- Cross country review of fertility laws
- Update on the BCLI Report recommendations and the BC’s responding White Paper that includes proposals for amendments to Part 3 (Parentage) of the Family Law Act
- Discussion with members about the goal of the Section and emerging issues
