Join Justice William Veenstra, Tim Delaney, KC, and Daniel MacNeill to discuss the changes to Rule 8-1 of the Supreme Court Civil Rules and Rule 10-6 of the Supreme Court Family Rules coming into effect on October 1, 2026. In addition to discussing how the application procedure is changing, what chambers will look like going forward and how lawyers can adapt to the new process, the panel also shares their views, tips, and strategies for lawyers to make the most of their time in chambers.
ACKNOWLEDGING FIRST NATIONS TERRITORIES
This rebroadcast is hosted by CBABC, which is located on the traditional and unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples, including the Squamish, Tsleil-Waututh and Musqueam First Nations.
