Join your privacy bar colleagues for a technical briefing from Scott Lamb and Jeff Holowaychuk on the proposed federal Protecting Privacy and Consumer Data Act, followed by comments and a Q&A with BC’s Information and Privacy Commissioner, Michael Harvey. The discussion covers major new elements of the Bill, as well as potential law reform in BC.
