The BC Supreme Court Early Resolution Process Advisory Committee is developing a model for an ERP process for family law matters. CBABC is holding engagement sessions to provide feedback to the committee. Share your perspectives on:
- Circumstances in which parties should be exempt from the ERP
- Circumstances in which certain requirements of the ERP, including parenting education and mandatory dispute resolution, should be waived
- Processes for initiating, exempting, completing or resuming the ERP
- Assessment, triage, mixed-claims and resourcing considerations
This session will be offered on three dates. Participants should register for one option.
