Inclusion in the Workplace

The past few months have exposed an unspoken pandemic that has crippled the black community for
decades. I will be facilitating a conversation on how we can make the workplace feel more inclusive towards minorities.
- How can we play our part in promoting an inclusive work space?
- The intentional and unintentional bias; and
- Accommodating cultural differences in the workplace.
