Part of the Virtual Roundtable on Pay Equity in the Legal Profession, this webinar is open to all CBA members and will feature a panel of experts from Canada, the UK and the US to discuss the data (and lack thereof) to help us understand pay equity in the legal profession.
The Roundtable is a national research initiative of the WLF designed to gather data about Canadian lawyers’ experiences, perceptions, and potential solutions to the gender wage gap in legal workplaces.
The webinar will be followed by invitation-only virtual focus group sessions.
