Economist Roundtable with the Competition Bureau

This event is the annual Economist Roundtable hosted by the Economics and Law Committee and the Economic Analysis Directorate of the Competition Bureau. This year’s Roundtable will consist of two panels and a keynote speaker. The first panel will discuss the relevance and importance of safe harbour screens and structural presumptions in civil matters. The second panel will discuss various issues in considering efficiencies in merger review. The Keynote speaker will be Lilla Csorgo, T.D. MacDonald Chair, Competition Bureau. She will speak to her role within the Bureau and her interests and priorities going forward.
