Join us for a discussion on the amendments to the abuse of dominance provisions of the Competition Act made earlier this year that expanded the scope of the provision, introduced a private right of access, and increased administrative monetary penalties. The panel will discuss these amendments and potential additional forthcoming amendments and how Canada's laws on the abuse of dominance compare to U.S. laws relating to monopolization and attempted monopolization.
