With national security reviews on the rise, the Young Lawyers Committee is pleased to host a panel that will focus on conducting preliminary national security analyses, the procedural process once a review has begun, the use of public and government relations professionals, and best practices for securing national security clearances. Hear from industry leaders in private practice as well as from the Investment Review Division as they dive into these issues, as well as discussing new considerations as a result of the new minority interest filings.
