Over 98% of businesses in Canada consist of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This panel will highlight common competition law issues that are generally raised within the SME context.  You will also learn about initiatives and tools advanced by the Competition Bureau to help SMEs navigate these issues, along with best practices to keep in mind when advising SMEs.
