Join the Family Law Section for dinner and a discussion on what private bar family lawyers should know about child protection matters. Justice Morris, Megan Roberts, and Krista Forbes will discuss the investigation and application process, including what to advise your client if there is an investigation, how to check on the status of an investigation, and how to obtain files.
A virtual attendance option is available for CBA Members joining from outside of HRM. Please note that the virtual session will run from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm. Registration to attend in-person will close on February 18.
