Development Project Presentation

The Well is an ambitious mixed use development project from RioCan REIT and Allied Properties REIT that strives to combine work, live and play into its own vibrant community. The scale and complexity of the project brought together a large team of professionals to develop this 7.67 acre site comprised of commercial, retail, condominium, purpose built rental and public space, over a span of 10 years.  

Get an inside look at what it took to bring this project together with a presentation of the project cycle and then a panel discussion featuring some of the integral members of the project’s legal team. The panel will highlight some of the  challenges encountered and the importance of involving the legal team in every step of a project’s development.

Dinner follows the project presentation and then the evening continues with a celebration in honour of Bruce Reynolds the 2023 recipient of the OBA Construction and Infrastructure Law Award of Excellence.
