Construction Adjudication with ADACC
Presented by the CBA Alberta Construction Law (North) Section
The Alberta Dispute Adjudication for Construction Contracts (“ADACC”) has been designated as the newest Nominating Authority by Service Alberta for Construction Dispute Adjudication in Alberta in November 2025. Speakers from ADACC will discuss ADACC's process and experience in administering adjudications and for training and certifying adjudicators.
