Join Megan Ashbury, Stephanie Drake, and Sara Forte for a facilitated discussion of ethics and practical advice, centering on navigating conflicting interests as labour practitioners and neutrals. Topics may include navigating business conflicts in a mixed practice, emergent issues with witness evidence, acting as a neutral for parties that are former clients or formerly opposed, and managing conflicts between unions and their members.
