This interactive discussion focuses on US/Canada cross-border M&A. Emma Costante, Ryan Berger, and Philippe Montillaud, explore key topics, including navigating different market standards, the evolution of jurisprudence in each jurisdiction, the treatment of non-cash consideration, and specialist considerations that arise in cross-border transactions.
