Hypothetical: A retailer agrees to be an anchor tenant on the condition that the landlord not rent the other units to sellers of competing retail products. Is that a reasonable restraint of trade or an unreasonable barrier to entry? What if the restriction also applies to the landlord’s other nearby properties?
