As deceptive marketing practices continue to be top of mind for Canadians, join us in exploring the different recourse mechanisms available in Canada through both Ad Standards and the Competition Bureau's Deceptive Marketing Practices Directorate. The session will also examine the different approaches of the two organizations and discuss considerations for selecting the most appropriate forum based on the nature and circumstances of specific advertising concerns and discuss considerations for responding to complaint under each regime.
