Topic:  Real Estate valuation in the context of litigation

He will discuss economic trends on Calgary's real estate market, methods of appraisal, and what information should be collected at the discovery stage.  Mr. Stegemann is a former National Director of the CNAREA and has been accepted as an expert in the Court of Queen's Bench.
