"A White Guy Talking about Indians: Should the Federal Government Pass Bill C-15"

A lot has already been written about Bill C-15, the federal government’s proposed legislation to implement the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. To some, it’s nothing to worry about and won’t change anything. To others, the sky is falling. This session will explore the pros and cons of Bill C-15 and the UN Declaration and address the ultimate question, should the federal government pass Bill C-15.
