This presenation will focus on recent legislative changes and their effect on unionized and non-unionized workplaces. Particular emphasis will be given to Bill 32: the Restoring Balance in Alberta's Workplaces Act, Bill 9: Public Sector Wage Arbitration Deferral Act and the most recent changes
