As the COVID-19 pandemic enters its third year and we have a clearer picture of how it has affected the various actors in the construction industry, certain trends have emerged in the disputes and claims arising out of the pandemic and its impacts.  This presentation will review the nature and basis of claims currently being pursued on construction projects for COVID-19 related impacts, the issues faced in those claims and recent Canadian jurisprudence, as well as potential damages and forms of relief available.
