** Considerations for the "Incorporated Employee"

Increasingly the legal landscape is comprised of small and medium firms, with lawyers not typically employed in the traditional sense. And where there are employment arrangements, it is often a hybrid of base salaries mixed with various incentive models. More common-place are the many forms of cost-share and split-receipt arrangements. Join us for a round-table discussion on the pros and cons of the various compensation arrangements from both firm and lawyer perspectives.
