Since Restoule resolved the Robinson Huron Treaty Annuities Case for treaty First Nations in that treaty area, cases have spread across the country seeking similar interpretations of this fundamental treaty promise. What are treaty annuities? What does it mean? How is this question being approached across the Numbered Treaty Areas?
