Charkhandeh v CDSA: Sanction and Hearing Costs under the HPA

The recent decision of the Alberta Court of Appeal in Charkhandeh v College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta, 2025 ABCA 258 provides a significant update to the law as it relates to sanctions and hearing costs arising out of disciplinary proceedings under the Health Professions Act. This webinar will discuss the ruling and the implications arising therefrom.
