Join Robyn High of McLennan Ross LLP for a discussion on criminal, regulatory, and civil search and seizure when a corporate client is the target of an investigation. The presentation will review the similarities and differences between investigations authorized by the Criminal Code, regulatory powers, and Antron Pillar orders; the respective powers of search and seizure granted under each; and the rights and obligations of the corporate client and in-house counsel when a search and seizure is executed.
