Thinking Broadly About Constitutional Litigation
Presented by the CBA Alberta Constitutional & Human Rights Law North Section
Justice Feehan of the Alberta Court of Appeal will address the traditional constitutional provisions, the constitutionalization principle, the schedule to the 1982 act, unwritten constitutional principles, and quasi-constitutional legislation. The focus of the discussion will be to encourage lawyers to think outside the traditional black letter box of constitutional litigation.
