Please join the Construction Section for a lively panel discussion on refining advocacy skills featuring the Honourable Justice Michael Marion of the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and leading disputes counsel. Focusing on keys on achieving success in court appearances in construction and complex matters, the panel discussion will cover what judges expect to see during submissions, tips on improving the quality of written and oral submissions, and the Court and senior counsel’s perspectives on what makes a good advocate.
