
Judicial Interviews and how Children’s Counsel could play a Role in Judicial Interviews

This session will educate lawyers about Judicial Interviews- one tool available to Justices to hear a Child’s Voice. The presentation will provide both an academic and a practical perspective of judicial interviews. Justice Loparco will share her thoughts on Judicial Interviews and how they may be utilized by the Courts. Mr. Keller and Ms. Doyle will provide ideas on how children’s counsel may play a role in requesting and the conduct of a Judicial Interview.
