
Police Enforcement Clause
Presented by the CBA Alberta Foreclosure Law (South) Section
Our presenters will be discussing how to properly incorporate police assistance clauses in possession orders in foreclosure. Additionally, counsel for the Calgary Police Service will talk about the correct wording for court orders, with further discussion from a bailiff on potential issues regarding eviction of non-cooperative tenants.
