Workplace investigations are a complex and evolving area of the law, engaging issues such as privilege, bias and procedural fairness. In this session, Liliane Gingras will provide a Canada-wide case law update on workplace investigations and share some practice tips for labour and employment lawyers who may be reviewing workplace investigation reports, litigating their findings or outcomes or conducting workplace investigations on behalf of employers.
