Slip/Trip and Fall Claims: Ins, Outs, Ups and Downs

Clint Suntjens and Nabeel Peermohamed will discuss slip and fall claims generally and how to build a case and defend a case specifically with a focus on summary dismissal. They will draw on their vast experience dealing with such cases, with reference to cases they have had together.
