
Encroachments onto City Land or Interest
Presented by the CBA Alberta Real Property Law - Residential (South) Section
The presentation will provide a detailed overview of encroachments onto City-owned land, including road rights-of-way, park spaces, and other interests. We will explore the types of encroachments commonly encountered, their implications, and the City's approach to managing them. Attendees will gain insight into the Encroachment Bylaw, along with the guidelines and procedures for addressing and resolving these issues.
