The Leadership Exchange: Stepping Into the Section Executive offers practical insights and foundational guidance to help participants navigate their responsibilities with clarity and confidence. Attendees will explore key leadership principles and learn about resources available to support their journey. The session creates space for questions, reflection, and informal connection with peers. Together, these elements help build a sense of community and set the stage for impactful leadership.
