Canada's Clean Energy Investment Tax Credits Post-Budget 2025
Presented by the CBA Alberta Taxation Law (South) Section
This session will provide an in-depth review of Canada's clean energy investment tax regime after Budget 2025. Eligibility criteria, interaction with other federal incentives, timing and filing requirements and key structuring considerations will be explored. The session will leave attendees with a better understanding of how to apply the clean energy ITCs in real-world project contexts and how recent legislative proposals in Budget 2025 may affect ongoing and prospective transactions.
