Planning Considerations for Digital Assets

Presented by the CBA Alberta Wills & Trusts (South) Section

In this comprehensive webinar, we'll explore how to access and protect digital assets on a deceased's behalf; how digital assets are affected by the intersection of provincial, federal, and international laws; and what tools are available to manage our digital legacies.
