You’re Not on Your Own: How the Law Society Supports New Lawyers
Presented by the CBA Alberta Young Lawyers (South) Section
Starting out in practice can feel overwhelming, but you’re not alone. The Law Society offers a range of programs, resources, and connections to help new lawyers navigate the transition into practice with confidence.
In this session, we’ll explore supports such as mentorship programs, practice management tools, and the guidance available from the Practice Advisors and Equity Ombudsperson. You’ll also learn about key resources through the Law Society’s website, the Practice Fundamentals Program, and well-being services like Assist.
Join us to discover how these programs can help you build a strong, balanced, and successful legal career.
